Our facility was built in 1983 and only consisted of a few buildings and an on-site manager’s apartment, which doubled as the office. Expansion in the early 90s added a few more buildings.
Our company bought the facility in 2003, and over the years we have expanded into the nearby land. We are now one of the largest in all of Tulare County, with over 1,400 rentable spaces!
We plan to continue growing as the need for storage increases.
