How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month to month leases, meaning you can cancel at anytime, but it also means rates can rise at anytime. If your storage space rental is on a month-to-month basis, ask about the company's rent increase policy. Most large chain storage companies will not increase your rent for at least the first six months of your lease. NO RENT REFUNDS.
When can I get to my belongings?
Our gate access hours are from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our office hours are: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30pm, Saturday 8:00-4:00pm, and Sunday 9:00-2:00pm.
How much notice must be given when I move out?
We ask that customers give a 30 day verbal notice to move out.
Do you offer a mover?
Although we don't offer a mover, we do offer FREE use of our moving truck at move-in. Please contact a facility near you for full details. We would also be more than happy to recommend a local reliable mover.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, or through our website. You may also arrange to have payment be automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask for more information about this feature. We have installed a Kiosk for your convenience and our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box however we do not recommend this for cash payments.
What if my account is overdue?
For accounts that are 53 days overdue, payments must be made in full and in person at our office location.
What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Unit sizes and prices vary. Please contact our facility for available sizes and prices.
How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program.
Do you sell Locks, Packing and Moving supplies?
Yes, we offer lots of moving supplies! We have high security locks, a very wide range of boxes including; special boxes for wardrobe, mirrors, dishes, and glass a long with regular S M L and XL. We also have packing supplies such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and tape. If needed we also have dust covers for furniture.
Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?
Yes, we have space for Boats, RVs, Commercial Vehicles, Semi-trailers, Trucks and Cars at our Security Self Storage Facility.
